With many returning year after year. We love seeing familiar faces and meeting new, along with a spectacular array of antiques and collectables. Below is how you can get involved as an exhibitor, and the details of the antiques fair.
All stalls must be pre booked and fully pre paid, we DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CASUAL PITCHES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
We often receive more bookings than we can accommodate for certain areas and have to turn applicants down, we suggest therefore that you book as soon as possible.

When receiving your stallholder information pack from us you will also receive a coloured vehicle pass. Please make sure you arrive at the same coloured entry gate when arriving at the showground.
This has been altered to cut down on congestion during the build up to the event and also to enable us to have a vehicle free zone inside the show when open to the public.
All gates will be opened sometime on Thursday morning , this will be no earlier than 10:30 and no later than 12 midday.
When the gates are open the outside stalls, the front and back hardstanding and marquees are free to start setting up.
When Blue gate opens the exhibitors for the Exhibition Hall can come into the showground but the building will not open until 12 Midday.
The Buildings will be open by 12 Midday for setting up.
The buildings and main gates are locked at 6pm Thursday evening.
Please note: there will be no admission to the Showground prior to Thursday morning.
The showground gates will re-open at 06:30 am Friday morning for stand holders and early trade buyers.
The buildings will open at 06:45
We will be open to the general public from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm Friday and 09.00 am to 4.30 pm on Saturday.
PLEASE NOTE – There are NO toilet facilities in any of the car parks and we cannot admit anyone prior to opening to use the loo.
So, please, if in doubt make a brief stop at the services before arriving at the venue.
Indoors you will be provided with one 6ft x 2ft table plus a chair, additional tables and chairs are available.
We normally carry a stock of spare tables which are available at £6 each if booked with your stall or £11 each if booked at a later date, we strongly suggest that you book these in advance.
Additional tables are available to rent on Thursday from Admin at £11.00.

1/ Complete the booking form indicating the number of stands required at each event. Return the form to us with full payment either via credit / debit card or post dated cheques to the appropriate date.
2/ We will allocate stands and send you an acknowledgement/receipt. This will take several weeks.
Stands will be allocated for the following year immediately after the October Festival , if you book after the 31st October you may lose your regular stand.
3/ Full details, passes and maps will be sent to you before each event.
You may cancel prior to the date on the postdated cheque without incurring any loss and have your cheque returned to you.
Any cancellations after this date will incur a £10.00 cancellation charge . We will need to have any already posted out passes returned to us before any refunds will be given.
If you cancel after this date you will have a refund of the full amount minus a £10 cancellation charge per stand, providing you inform us by Monday of the Festival and return any already posted out passes back to us before the start of the event. Any cancellations at all after Monday 12 MD are non refundable
If you fail to turn up on the day you will forfeit the full amount paid. This will be carried out as a routine with no exceptions.
